1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and CryptoRampHub ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation operating the website cryptoramphub.com and related services (collectively, the "Services"). CryptoRampHub provides a platform that enables users to buy and sell cryptocurrencies through on-ramp and off-ramp services, obtain cryptocurrency-backed cards, and cash out cryptocurrency to fiat currency. We act as an intermediary and do not act as a custodian of your cryptocurrency or fiat funds except as necessary to facilitate transactions. All transactions are subject to verification and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it promptly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We may refuse or cancel registration at our discretion, including for users in restricted jurisdictions or those who fail identity verification.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property on the Services are owned by CryptoRampHub or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a license to use it to provide the Services.

We are required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide identification and other information as requested. We may report suspicious activity to authorities and may freeze or forfeit funds as required by law.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE VALUE OF ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY OR THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY PAYMENT METHOD.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTORAMPHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CryptoRampHub harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on cryptoramphub.com and indicate the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.

14. Miscellaneous
